Overall, No Me Acuerdo is a colorful and entertaining song. Thalía further praised Natti for being comfortable to work with in terms of their synchronization both, in and out of the studios. The latter part of the song is quite similar to its initial theme as it is, on a whole, based on a hopeless love story. The tone is based on the foundation that the two have cheated on their boyfriends and are now trying to convince them by saying that they were too drunk to remember anything.
